We
offer a range of non-geographic number services; Freephone (0800),
LoCall Rate (0845) and National Rate (0870/0871) all at extremely
competitive rates. Whichever non-geographic service you choose,
all calls will be delivered to the UK landline number of your choice.
We can even offer the flexibility of delivering calls to a UK mobile
number or abroad to any of 16 major European destinations.
Depending
on which type of non-geographic number you choose and the volume
of calls you receive, you could receive a payment of up to 3.5p
per minute from us while your customers are talking to you –
that could be a significant contribution towards the cost of running
your call centre.
And
by using a non-geographic number in your marketing instead of a
standard number, customers get the impression your company operates
on a national basis and the perception is that bigger is probably
better. So if you do not use a non-geographic number, now is the
time to get one. If you do, why not check out our rates to see how
much you could be saving – in many cases, you can even keep
your existing non-geographic number and still benefit from our lower
charges!
Freephone
(0800/0808) Numbers
When responding to an advert, many customers choose the company
that says it really wants your business; e.g. the one offering to
pay for the call by using a Freephone number. So if you want to
increase your response rate from crowded advertising media like
Yellow Pages or local newspapers, there’s really no choice
to make!
Benefits
of a Freephone number
• Research shows that 64% of customers will call a Freephone
number first.
• Consumers see 0800 numbers as a sign that the company really
wants their business.
• Brilliant promotional tool. Using an 0800 number can increase
response levels by up to 40% (source, Chartered Institute of Marketing).
Freephone
numbers are free to the caller from any landline within the UK.
The organisation who “owns” the Freephone number pays
for the call, at rates starting from as little as 2.2p per minute.
LoCall
rate (0845) numbers
With a LoCall rate number, the person calling the number pays a
LoCall standard rate no matter where the organisation being called
is based. These calls offer the perception that the company being
called values the customer by subsidising the cost of calling them,
although in reality the cost is often higher than for a standard
local call and is rarely included in call bundles.
Each
call routing option is subject to a £100 connection charge*
and a £50
quarterly rental charge. *Customers may make one change per plan
each calendar month free of charge. Any changes thereafter will
be charged at £100 each.
If
you need to record your incoming non-geographic number calls, we
offer a network based bulk voice recording facility called “Replay”,
where for just 0.75p per minute in addition to the standard call
charges, we will record and store every call you receive. All the
recordings can then be retrieved via a simple web browser interface.
If you need to store the recorded messages for more than 28 days,
we can archive the calls for just 50p per1000 minutes of stored
message. The real benefit is to the organisation “owning”
the number, as you are able to route the call intelligently wherever
you are best resourced to deal with it, so it is ideal for companies
with call centres in various locations.
Benefits
of LoCall rate numbers
• Encourages potential customers to call your company.
• Lowers risk of misuse by callers, as they have to pay for
the call as well.
• Intelligent, flexible routing options available.
• Cheaper to operate than “Freephone” numbers.
National
rate (0870 / 0871) numbers
Customers calling your business on an 0870 / 0871 number pay a special
national rate for their call, which gives you the opportunity to
earn substantial additional revenues on all calls received on that
number.
Benefits
of national rate numbers
• Enormous potential to maximise income.
• Ensures customer loyalty.
• Earn money on incoming calls.
• Flexible, intelligent routing options available.
